One-hour virtual introductory session to provide baseline education, review current sleep trends, discuss goals and areas of concern, and build a personalized Sleep Performance Plan
Sleep Profile Questionnaire to assess baseline sleep health
Weekly check-ins from Dr. Mah
Access to Dr. Mah throughout term
30-min Wrap Up call to discuss and adjust personalized Sleep Performance
Plan to optimize sleep and tackle challenging sleep situations
Sleep Education
Sleep Education to provide an understanding of how sleep, body clock, and travel impact overall health and performance. Practical strategies integrated into Sleep Performance Plan.
Customized Sleep Education on selected topics such as:
Sleep quality
Nutrition & hydration
Sleep aids & supplements
Managing short sleep
Sleep environment
Sleep Monitoring
Sleep monitoring provides ongoing assessment of sleep patterns and sleep trends.
Obtain insights on sleep trends from objective sleep wearables, if client utilizes one (must have at least 2 weeks of existing data prior to working with Dr. Mah)
Sleep wearable education and best practices
Leverage strategies to improve sleep and monitor changes with sleep wearables
Sleep Tools
Each client will receive a Mini Travel Sleep Kit with Sleep Tools that can be leveraged at home and while traveling to minimize environmental disturbances and maximize sleep quality.
